About New Ha Long Club
The biggest floor beside the heritage bay
New Ha Long Club sits on Tran Thai Tong Street, Group 6, Zone 6, Hong Gai Ward, Ha Long City — an area locals still call Yet Kieu. The 1,100 sqm floor holds up to 1,500 guests on tiers of tables wrapped around a catwalk that runs into the middle of the room. The catwalk rises from an underground chamber, so singers, DJs and dancers appear right at the centre of the floor rather than walking in from the wings.
The sound rig is imported from the UK and the lighting was mapped area by area by specialists who worked on the Beijing 2008 Olympics opening ceremony. Vinahouse, EDM and remix run through the night, with guest nights bringing DJs and singers down from Hanoi and Saigon. Guests who book ahead get a free pickup within 15 km around the city.
