New Ha Long Club serves guests aged 18 and over. By booking a table or attending the venue you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to present identification on request.

An online booking form is a request to hold a table — it is confirmed once New Ha Long Club contacts you by hotline 0905 806 704 or Zalo, normally within 15 minutes.

Tables are held for up to 30 minutes after the booking time. Without notice after that, the club may offer the table to other guests.

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 2 hours before the booking time, via hotline or Zalo.

For VIP areas or private events with a deposit, the refund policy will be stated at the time the deposit is taken.

Smart, tidy dress. The club may refuse service to guests who do not meet the dress requirements.

Prohibited items: narcotics, weapons or any item that is unlawful.

Guests must follow staff instructions on security, fire safety and internal rules.

New Ha Long Club is not liable for personal belongings lost or misplaced in areas without a cloakroom service.

Guests are responsible for their own health while using the service. Please tell staff in advance about any health condition.

All content on this website (logo, images, text, video) belongs to New Ha Long Club. Copying or commercial use without written consent is a breach of copyright.

New Ha Long Club may amend these terms at any time. A new version takes effect as soon as it is published, together with its update date.
