How big is New Ha Long Club and how many guests does it hold?

The floor is around 1,100 sqm and holds up to 1,500 guests — among the largest clubs in Quang Ninh. Tables are tiered around a catwalk stage that runs into the middle of the room.
Does the club offer a pickup service?

Yes. New Ha Long Club offers a free pickup within 15 km around Ha Long for guests who have booked. Give us your pickup point when you reserve so the car can be arranged.
How many table areas are there and which should I pick?

Four: high tables on the outer ring for 1–2 guests, standard tables around the dance floor for 2–4, catwalk-side sofas for 4–8, and the VIP area for groups of 8–20. The closer to the catwalk, the earlier it fills — especially at weekends.
What is special about the stage?

The catwalk runs straight into the middle of the floor and rises on a hydraulic lift from an underground chamber, so singers, DJs and dancers appear at the centre of the room. Dozens of LED blocks and moving heads hang from the ceiling, with large LED walls on both sides.
What kind of music does New Ha Long Club play?

Mainly Vinahouse, EDM and remix through the night, with guest nights bringing DJs and singers down from Hanoi and Saigon. The sound rig is imported from the UK and the lighting was designed by specialists who worked on the Beijing 2008 Olympics.
Can I book for a birthday or a private party?

Yes. The VIP area takes groups of 8–20 guests, with birthday decoration on request and a view over the whole floor. Let us know in advance on 0905 806 704 so the team can prepare.
How long is my table held if I am running late?

Tables are held for up to 30 minutes after the booking time. If you are later than that, message Zalo 0905 806 704 and the team will keep it. Cancelling or rescheduling is free with at least 2 hours' notice.
